Dakota 76 Classic Deluxe Engraved 7x57 SOLD!
Dakota 76 Classic Deluxe in 7x57 Mauser with a 23" barrel with a ramp front sight with flip up night bead, banded sling swivel, and island rear sight with one standing leaf that is new and has not been filed in. French silver reciever. Three panel bolt knob checkering. Three position side swing safety. Topped with a Leupold Vari-XIIc 2x7 scope with duplex in Redfield rings. These should be exchanged for Leupold Quick Release rings. French silver drop box bottom metal with straddle floorplate and trigger bow release. Reciever, floorplate, trigger guard, and breach end of barrel scroll engraved with gold elk in high relief on floorplate. The engraving is very well executed by Dakota factory engraver Jere Davidson and signed. Stocked in a very nice piece of English Walnut with darkly contrasting mineral streak lines. Shadow line cheekpiece. Ebony forend tip. Two screw inletted swivel stud. Skeleton grip cap with central checkering. Skeleton buttplate that is fully engraved. Point pattern checkering that wraps the forend. This piece is in factory new condition. The scope has been previously mounted and shows slight use. 13 5/8" LOP 9lb 2oz as scoped. Very well executed with lots of eye appeal. A great caliber. Simply the best that Dakota has to offer.
