Carl Goluch Linz, Austria pre-war 16 gauge hammer gun with 28 1/4 inch Krupp Prima Gewrehr [weapons grade] nitro steel barrels. This was Krupp's best grade barrel steel. Mint bores, 2 1/2 inch chambers. Choked Full/Full retaining 98% original rust blue. Hand filed solid rib. Double Purdey underlugs with rib extension crossbolt third fastener. Rebounding back action sidelocks. Dolphin hammers with rabbit ears. Reciever has 70% coverage of very nice floral and scroll engraving. Retains 70% vivid case colors. Browned trigger bow showing wear on the bottom strap.Fully checkered forend with Deeley forend release. Cheek piece buttstock with sling swivels, horn pistol grip cap, and horn game scene buttplate. Stock is solid in every way with some dings from normal field use.
